To the probationer about to enter the 'bewvildering world' of the theatre, this little volume will prove a useful guide. The elementary duties, a knowledge of which is so essential to the smooth running of the theatre, are explicity and simply set forth. Theatre sisters, and those engaged in teaching and training probationer nurses, will value the book for its concise notes and up-to-date technique. It would be a valuable addition to any nurse's library. As its cost is only four shillings, this brings it within the reach of every student-nurse. M. I. 0.
